Need help reporting - Guild Wars Forums

I don't know if you guys notice something about this game. That is, the report system is so complicated to fill out and report someone. I asked most of the players in Lion Arch dis 1, and most of them said they did not know how. I want to report someone, but guild wars support net did not provide me with a clear statement. Please help me on this guys, i really need to report someone who scam my brother of his pet Bone Dragon ON HIS BIRTHDAY. I feel so bad for him. Please help me

I should probably tell you right off that A.Net will not make another Bone Dragon for your brother, regardless as to how he lost it. Sadly, what's lost is lost.

You can report the scammer via the support site. The information that they need is the character name of the scammer, your brother's character name, the time that it happened (with a note as to your time zone), the place that it happened at, what was lost, what was promised, and a screen shot if you have it. Your brother is the one that should fill out this form, that's the person that they want to fill out the report. Also, please don't put either name up here, as that's against the rules here. Just try to be as acurate with your information as possible when you send out that ticket. Also, I've found that if you send it to the wrong place, it will eventually get sent to the right place, so don't stress too much if you can't figure out where to send it.

Beyond that, the people here can only really offer simpathy.
